Your Role : As an Insurance Product Analyst IV, you will be a strategic leader and voice of the results to the broader organization and distribution partners. You will need strong analytical and strategic abilities, relationship building skills, and business acumen. Your daily tasks will involve strategizing and utilizing data to encourage action, with support for trying new approaches and solutions in this high-visibility role.

Responsibilities include understanding and communicating the performance and strategy of personal lines auto and property products, delivering presentations to stakeholders, preparing materials for executive meetings, assessing market risks and opportunities, partnering cross-functionally, leading analysts, forecasting, and developing actionable recommendations. You will use tools like SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake, PowerBI, and Python to analyze data. Some travel may be required for relationship building.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of analytical experience, preferably across multiple functions.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and analysis techniques.
• Ability to inspire action through data, with excellent analytic, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
• Strong business acumen, knowledge of P&C insurance products, and understanding of product P&L, growth, and profitability drivers.
• Experience in budget forecasting, change management, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of leadership and mentoring experience.
• MBA, CPCU, or Actuarial designation preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, inclusive mindset, and ability to foster a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
