You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service mindset and strong communication.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty License is required.
• Able to achieve marketing goals.
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business development.
