We are looking for a driven, licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing team. In this sales-focused role, you’ll prospect and manage employer clients, build long-term relationships, and bring value through consultative sales strategies in employee benefits and group health.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Consult with business owners, HR leaders, and CFOs on employee benefits strategy
• Present proposals and close new group health and ancillary coverage opportunities
• Manage client onboarding with the support of our internal team
• Collaborate on renewals, service reviews, and compliance deliverables
• Represent Clear Consulting Group with professionalism and expertise

Requirements

• Current health & life insurance license (required)
• 1+ year of experience selling group health/employee benefits (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of healthcare plans, pharmacy benefits, and compliance (or willing to learn)
• Motivated, self-starter who thrives on independence and results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM, online quoting tools, and digital platforms
