We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will sell property, casualty, and other types of insurance policies and coverage.   • COLD CALLING, IN-PERSON WALK-IN PROSPECTING, NETWORKING
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Contact prospective clients about insurance products and policies through various marketing efforts such as cold calling, email marketing, in-person walk-in visits, social media marketing, networking events, and leads generated through referral partners.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system (InsuredMine) and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Meet with potential clients to discuss the adequacy of existing insurance coverage and related financial resources, either face-to-face or virtually.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing meeting deadlines and juggling multiple assignments.
  • Punctuality and dedication to client meetings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • (2-20) Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (we can sponsor depending on sales experience).
  • Two years of OUTSIDE B2B SALES experience preferred.
