Overview

gpac is pleased to partner with a local insurance agency that continues to grow and is eager to welcome successful Producers experienced in Personal Lines to their team.

This role is ideal for sales driven professionals who enjoy helping individuals and families protect what matters most while building their own book of business.

Responsibilities
  • Build & Grow Your Book of Business: Prospect and generate new personal lines business (auto, home, motorcycle, umbrella, etc.)
  • Tailor Coverage: Assess clients\' needs and recommend the perfect insurance solutions to match.
  • Consult & Advise: Provide expert advice on policies and coverage, ensuring clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Manage Renewals & Claims: Stay on top of policy renewals and assist clients with claims when needed.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed production goals in a commission-only environment
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry updates to better serve clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required
  • Sales Savvy: Experience in sales or a strong passion for selling and relationship-building.
  • People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—connecting with clients is your superpower.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple clients, policies, and deadlines with precision.
  • Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently as a 1099 producer
