Job Title: Insurance Producer
Location: Remote in North and South Carolina
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer.This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. We’re especially interested in producers with a proven history in habitational risks, such as apartment complexes, condos, warehouses, and shopping centers. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals.
Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy options to clients.
Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.
Active insurance license (Life & Health and/or P&C, depending on focus).
2+ years of insurance sales or related experience preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Experience with habitational/commercial property accounts highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
