If you're an experienced insurance professional ready for a change, this could be the perfect next step. We’re looking for an Insurance Partnerships Manager to help build and scale a partnerships function within a high-growth, global scale-up.

The Role

  • As part of the partnerships team, you’ll play a key role in developing relationships with insurers, brokers, and risk managers across North America.
  • You’ll work closely with internal teams to integrate smart water risk management technology into insurance offerings, creating real value for policyholders and underwriters.
  • You won’t just be managing partnerships - you’ll be building them. This is an opportunity to step into a fast-moving, tech-driven environment where your experience will directly shape the company’s success in the insurance market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and expanding relationships with insurers, brokers, and risk managers
  • Working closely with internal teams to design tailored insurance programs
