Job summary

You will drive process improvements, develop long-term operational strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. A strong BPM background and track record in high-volume environments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 12+ years of progressive insurance industry experience including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in insurance business process operations and transaction management
• Strong proficiency in BPM, optimization and performance improvement
• Experience with 2-3 life insurance companies or TPA/BPO providers
• Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver operational excellence
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations focused on efficiency, quality, and compliance across multiple functional teams.
• Supervise and mentor a multi-operational team of 200+ employees, including managers, senior analysts, and analysts.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and improve customer experience.
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all teams meet or exceed established performance targets, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to support operational objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on process performance, efficiencies, and strategic initiatives.
