Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Montgomery, AL seeks team-oriented individuals to provide exceptional customer service for members’ insurance, membership, and billing needs. The role includes assisting with passport photos, road-trip planning, and cashiering while supporting agents and developing sales leads.

The ideal candidate has experience in insurance or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background check and drug screening must be successful.
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and billing, and other services.
• Assist with passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Support agents and team members with routine and advanced duties.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Adhere to branch hours: Mon–Fri 9am–5pm; Sat 10am–2pm; closed Sundays and most holidays.

Job description

In this role you will:

• Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists
• Be expected to be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to work overtime including Saturdays
• Ability to travel locally when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines

Requirements:
