Job summary

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys across residential and commercial properties. Contractors will drive to inspection sites, capture photos, collect property details, and prepare timely reports submitted online via a PC/Desktop platform.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, a Windows 10+ computer, a smartphone or digital camera, stable home internet, and solid basic computer and communication skills.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills
