Job summary

Davies Risk Services seeks independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in the Tarpon Springs area. You will visit sites, photograph properties and collect details needed for reports.

Reports are prepared for both residential and commercial properties and submitted online with attachments. Responsibilities include taking photos, gathering property details and summarizing conditions, then submitting reports through a PC/Desktop system.

Qualifications

• Have a reliable car to drive to inspections.
• Own a Windows 10 or newer PC or laptop.
• Have a smartphone or digital camera.
• Have reliable home internet.
• Possess basic computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.
• Take and organize photos of the properties.
• Collect property details and assess overall conditions.
• Prepare survey reports and submit them online with attachments.
• Submit reports through PC/Desktop reporting system promptly.

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills
