Davies Risk Services seeks independent contractors to conduct insurance property surveys in the Pacheco area and nearby locations. Contractors will inspect both residential and commercial properties, photograph sites, collect data, and submit detailed reports online with attachments.

Applicants should have a reliable vehicle, Windows 10 or newer, a smartphone or camera, and internet access. This is suitable for part-time or full-time work as an independent contractor.

Formación

• Proficient in using Windows OS and basic software.
• Ability to operate a PC to upload and submit reports online.
• Access to reliable transportation for site visits.
• Strong written communication for report details.
• Able to work independently with basic tech skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial sites.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills

Coverage Area: Pacheco, CA 94520
