Job summary

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties in Angels Camp, CA. This role offers part- or full-time opportunities with reporting completed online and attachments uploaded via the PC/Desktop platform.

Inspectors should have reliable transportation, a Windows 10+ computer, and a smartphone or camera to capture property details and photos. Training and onboarding are provided to support success in this role.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to reach inspection sites.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and online reporting.
• Strong communication and written report skills.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 or newer operating systems.

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills
