Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections in Granite Falls, MN. You will survey both residential and commercial properties, taking photos, collecting property details and conditions, and providing reports in a timely manner.

Reports must be submitted online with attachments via a PC/Desktop. Davies offers onboarding and support to help contractors succeed, with great flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to inspections.
• Basic computer and communication skills required.
• Access to Windows 10 or newer computer and internet connectivity.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills
