Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections, surveying both residential and commercial properties and reporting findings online.

Contractors can work full-time or part-time, with reports including photos and property details submitted through a PC/desktop system with attachments. Excellent onboarding and strong support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have access to a reliable car.
• Ability to use Windows PC (Windows 10 or newer) for submitting reports online.
• Have a smartphone or digital camera for photos.
• Stable home internet connection for sending reports.

Responsibilities

• Survey residential and commercial properties.
• Take photos and collect property details and conditions.
• Prepare reports and submit online with attachments.
• Use PC/Desktop to upload and attach reports.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Inspections!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer

Coverage Area: Clyde, NC
