Davies North America is seeking independent contractors to conduct insurance property inspections in the Bismarck area. The role covers both residential and commercial surveys, including taking photos, gathering property details and conditions, and submitting timely reports online with attachments.

You will need a reliable car, Windows 10 or newer, a smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, and basic computer and communication skills.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Inspections!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections


• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer

• Basic Computer and Communication skills
