Job summary

Davies Risk Services is seeking Independent Contractors to perform insurance property surveys for both residential and commercial properties. You will drive to inspection sites, capture property details with photos, and prepare comprehensive reports for online submission.

Successful contractors have reliable transportation, a Windows PC, smartphone or digital camera, and a stable internet connection. Reports must be submitted online through a PC or desktop with attachments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.
• Take photos and collect property details and condition information.
• Prepare timely survey reports and submit reports online (attachments included) via PC/Desktop.
• Work accurately to ensure all reports are complete and uploaded with required attachments.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.
