You will handle insurer-side CGL coverage matters, draft pleadings, take depositions, participate in trial preparation, and advise clients on risk management. This role is well suited to a 3–4 year associate with strong insurance litigation background.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3–4 years of litigation experience, ideally focusing on insurance law.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex insurer-side coverage matters, including CGL disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions and assist in trial preparation.
• Handle class action defense and life insurance matters as applicable.
• Collaborate on strategic case planning and client advice.
• Provide practical guidance on insurance law and risk management.
