This role is not a remote position; however, can work from ANY TRICOR location.

This isn’t just another desk job—it’s a key role that supports our fast-paced M&A environment. You’ll coordinate licensing and contracting with insurance carriers, assist newly acquired agencies, and keep internal systems sharp and compliant.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate licensing and contracts for employees, vendors, and carriers

  • Collaborate across departments for updates like name changes

  • Attend M&A meetings and contribute to integration success

  • Serve as back-up for daily licensing appointments with carriers

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • You’re process-driven and detail-obsessed (in a good way!)

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable learning new systems

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Confidentiality and time management come naturally to you

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience using Applied Epic or a similar insurance software platform
