Job summary

CURE Auto Insurance in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Attorney Auditor to join our Legal Management Services team on a part-time, hybrid/remote arrangement. You will review and validate complex legal billings, collaborate with claims and outside counsel, and help drive cost control across multiple units.

The role requires a JD, active license, and at least five years of insurance billing defense experience; you’ll educate stakeholders on billing guidelines and negotiate resolutions with law firms

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in at least one state.
• Five+ years of insurance billing defense experience in civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Validate legal bill charges and resolve billing disputes.
• Audit submitted invoices line-by-line for accuracy and compliance with fee structures.
• Educate attorneys and claims staff on the bill review process and guidelines.
• Advise claim managers, adjusters and attorneys on billing discrepancies and resolutions.
