Responsibilities

• Investigate complex insurance cases involving alleged violations of the Florida Insurance Code and Department Rules.
• Analyze complaints and investigate activities of insurance agents and related entities.
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence, and write comprehensive investigative reports.
• Interact with other agencies, attorneys, law enforcement, and state regulators as needed.
• Provide testimony at hearings and trials when required.
• Maintain case files and prepare reports according to Bureau procedures.
