Qualifications

• Active college student in Freshman or Sophomore year attending a four-year college in Iowa.
• Interest in insurance and business operations with a desire to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on rotations across Customer Experience, Claims, Underwriting, and Finance.
• Attend team and leadership meetings and contribute to real projects.
• Shadow team members and learn underwriting decisions, relationship building, and daily ops.
• Engage in intern-sponsored activities and learning experiences.
