Qualifications

• Active Insurance License for 5 years or more required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan.
• Actively engage with students in various teaching formats.
• Design and implement effective teaching strategies.

The purpose of this position is to teach 40 hours of livestream/ classroom Insurance pre-licensing content created by Hondros Learning. Help students understand material by answering questions and leading students through lessons. Adjunct faculty occasionally assists with updating course content when needed. There may be a few additional assignments such as filming instructional content videos to enhance the online student experience.

Job Responsibilities and Duties- including but not limited to

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan

• Review class syllabus insuring that follows the designed curriculum plan and explains course requirements
• Designs and implements teaching strategies that will assist the student in meeting course objectives

• Records students' attendance and grades
• Participates in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings
