Kelly Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing inside sales team in Pottstown, PA. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses with earning potential of $60,000 - $90,000+ in the first year.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to deepen customer relationships.
• Re-engage previous customers through targeted win-back campaigns.
• Convert inbound opportunities into new business.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
• Handle customer service requests, policy changes, payments, and claims assistance.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative sales conversations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals.
• Utilize agency technology platforms to manage leads and customer interactions.
