Job summary

Symmetry is seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives who can be trained to become managers in select regions within the next twelve months. This role offers the flexibility to meet with clients remotely, over the phone, or in person from home.

Compensation is commission-only, with earnings ranging from $60,000 to $200,000+ annually for top performers. Ideal candidates are self-driven, able to set daily and weekly goals, and comfortable working independently while following our proven sales

• Enthusiastic and motivated with a proactive approach to meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand and present a solution professionally to homeowners seeking protection.
• The ability to work primarily from home is necessary.
• Work from anywhere when you have a reliable phone/internet connection.
• Experience is not required, but prior sales experience in sales/marketing will be helpful.
