Ideal candidates have sales experience and strong communication skills, with Spanish language ability preferred. Licenses in Property and Casualty and Life/Health are required or obtainable. Growth opportunities exist within the agency.

Qualifications

• Must have Property and Casualty license.
• Must have Life and Health license (or ability to obtain).
• Must hold Personal Lines license.
• Sales experience aligned to insurance or financial services is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on insurance options.
• Educate customers using a needs-based approach about available insurance options.
• Meet marketing goals with the agent and develop leads.
• Schedule appointments and identify customer needs to market suitable products.
