A legal organization is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel for their Fresno, CA office. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of trial attorney experience, preferably in insurance defense. Responsibilities include handling legal work on assigned cases, maintaining organized documentation, and ensuring timely communication. The salary range for this position is between $77,100 and $128,500, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, among others.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a trial attorney.
• Handling of insurance defense work is preferred.
• Required to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Handles legal work on assigned cases.
• Aggressively pursues files referred by the Claims Department.
• Creates and maintains a documented strategy for case handling.
• Develops, organizes, and maintains document files.
• Prepares and submits timely status reports.
• Ensures proper documentation and organization of files.
• Provides prompt and timely responses to communications.
• Utilizes case management software per guidelines.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
