Insurance Defense Litigator – Partner Level (Remote / Work From Home)

Location: Texas (TX license required)

Our firm is experiencing rapid growth, and our docket continues to expand. We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Defense Litigator (Partner Level) to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity for an experienced attorney who is ready to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage insurance defense litigation matters from start to finish while operating remotely. This role requires strategic case management, collaboration with clients and colleagues, and a proven ability to drive results in complex matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Background in trucking AND premises liability strongly preferred
• Texas law license required (dual licensure in Louisiana, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, or Oklahoma a plus)
• Ability to bill at least 160 hours per month
• Proven ability to manage complex cases from start to finish

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000 – $175,000+ (commensurate with experience)
