Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive case files, including conducting legal research, discovery, and factual investigations.
• Review and analyze medical records and detailed medical chronologies.
• Draft legal documents including memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and case progress reports.
• Represent clients at depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous time records for all billable activities in accordance with firm policies and client requirements.
• Meet established billable hour targets while ensuring quality and efficiency in all work product.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure optimal case outcomes.
• Stay current on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
