BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Partner in Jacksonville, FL to lead civil defense matters, including general liability and construction defect, and to guide trial strategy.

The candidate must be licensed in Florida with 8–12 years in insurance defense, strong litigation and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently; Florida Bar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida; additional state licensure is a plus.
• 8-12 years of experience in insurance defense preferred.
• Experience in general liability and construction defect required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.
