Insurance Defense Litigator – Partner Level
Location: Remote
A growing litigation practice is seeking a Partner-Level Insurance Defense Litigator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who wants the flexibility of working remotely while managing a strong docket in a supportive environment.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience, preferably with trucking and premises liability matters. Candidates must be licensed in Texas and able to manage cases independently while maintaining a minimum of 160 billable hours per month. Responsibilities include handling cases from intake through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, representing clients in depositions, mediations, and trials, and maintaining strong communication and writing skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $160,000 – $175,000+ DOE

$50/month cell reimbursement and $50/month fitness reimbursement
15 vacation days plus up to 10 PTO days annually
CLE reimbursement up to $500 annually
State Bar dues paid by the firm
