Job Overview

Duties

Manage and litigate insurance defense cases independently and collaboratively

Appear in court for hearings and trials

Conduct and defend depositions

Draft dispositive motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence

Work with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case handling

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Maintain accurate case documentation and meet case deadlines

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (court hearings, depositions, or motion practice)

Ability to manage case responsibilities independently

Excellent legal research and analysis abilities

Demonstrated interest in insurance defense or civil litigation

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications
