A well-established Texas litigation firm is seeking attorneys at multiple levels to join its Insurance Defense / General Liability practice in Dallas.
The firm has a substantial Texas footprint and a longstanding defense practice representing insurers, insureds, businesses and corporate clients throughout the state. The group is open to attorneys ranging from second-year associates through highly experienced senior associates, with title and compensation calibrated to experience, litigation capability and overall fit.
This is a strong opportunity for attorneys who want a broad civil-defense practice with meaningful case ownership, direct client interaction and substantial litigation responsibility.
The firm’s defense practice handles a wide variety of matters arising from general liability and casualty insurance lines.

The team represents both insurers and insured clients and is experienced in handling high-exposure cases from initial investigation through settlement, dispositive motion practice and trial.
The firm is particularly known for hands-on litigation. Attorneys are expected to develop strong case strategy, communicate directly with clients and carriers, and take meaningful responsibility for the matters they handle.
Work Structure
The role operates on a hybrid model with approximately three days per week in office.
The firm does not maintain a rigid one-size-fits-all billable target for this opening; expectations are based more broadly on productivity, contribution, experience level and performance.
Base Salary: $110,000-185,000, depending on experience, litigation background and level.
In addition to base salary, the firm offers a highly competitive performance-based bonus structure, with strong-performing attorneys commonly earning approximately $50,000-$60,000 in annual bonus compensation.
Senior candidates with substantial litigation experience will be considered toward the upper end of the range.
