Qualifications

• 5+ years of substantive insurance defense experience.
• California State Bar license (Required).
• In-person work location in Sacramento.

Responsibilities

• Case analysis and litigation tactics
• Research and handling of unique and complex legal issues
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Writing and arguing significant law and motion, including dispositive motions
• Participating in mediations and arbitrations
