Jobot is seeking defense litigation attorneys at all levels for a leading New York insurance defense law firm. The role offers hybrid/remote flexibility in NYC, Long Island, and White Plains, with a salary range of $150,000 to $225,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience with auto liability and motor vehicle accident cases.
• General liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, or construction defect experience.
• Bonus experience: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in defense litigation, including complex negligence and tort matters.
• Collaborate with a team, mentor junior attorneys, and participate in strategy and trials.
• Engage in negotiations, discovery, and motion practice to achieve favorable outcomes.
