Jobot is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our Orlando office. You will handle a variety of complex insurance defense matters, including product liability, premises liability, and general liability, with emphasis on strong legal analysis and persuasive advocacy.

Qualified candidates hold a Juris Doctor, Florida bar in good standing, and at least 3 years of insurance defense experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draft and review legal documents and manage multiple cases.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, judges, and other legal professionals.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters including product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
• Draft, file, and review legal documents; manage multiple cases and supervise assistants.
• Liaise with clients, judges, and opposing counsel; negotiate favorable settlements when possible.
