We Are Legal Revolution in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate to join our hybrid team. You will defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, construction defect, and product liability matters, and manage cases from discovery through trial.

Ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor and active PA bar, plus 3–7+ years in insurance defense or complex civil litigation. This role offers compelling compensation with incentives and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• JD and active PA bar (NJ or NY a plus).
• 3–7+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience with strong litigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend insureds in general liability, premises liability, auto, construction defect, and product liability cases.
• Manage litigation from discovery and depositions through motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Analyze coverage issues and coordinate with insurers on claims strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in court appearances, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
