Progressive is seeking an attorney in Atlanta, GA to handle general and auto litigation. The role requires a JD or LLM and admission to practice in Georgia, plus a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

You will advise on complex trucking and transportation matters and ensure compliance with company driving standards. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $149,968 to $164,800 per year, potential gainshare of up to 40% and a $15,000 signing bonus

Formación

• Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) and a minimum of 5 years general/auto litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies.

Minimum qualifications

Preferred skills

• Experience in trucking litigation law, heavy equipment, and/or business transportation
• Admission to federal court

Compensation

• $149,968 - $164,800/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
• Bonus of $15,000 payable after 90 calendar days of actively being employed at Progressive
