Responsibilities include:

• Handling insurance defense litigation cases, including general liability, commercial property, bad faith, and first-party property claims.
• Providing legal advice and representation to clients, including Fortune 500 companies and major corporations.
• Collaborating with a talented team in a fast-growing firm that combines the culture of a startup with the resources of a large law firm.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience, with insurance defense expertise required.
• Admitted to practice in NY, NJ, or PA.
• JD from an accredited law school.
