Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload involving general and professional liability defense.
• Represent clients in matters involving premises, product, professional liability, construction accidents and defects, transportation, medical malpractice, catastrophic injury defense, subrogation.
• Manage cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiations, and trial.
• Handle complex and high-profile catastrophic loss and liability matters.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide effective legal advice and client representation.
• Communicate directly with sophisticated clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain strong attention to case preparation, responsiveness, billing requirements, and client service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy and litigation management.
• Participate in client development and referral relationships as appropriate.
• Take ownership of assigned matters while contributing to the firm's broader practice and growth.

The role is open to Associate and Partner-level attorneys, depending on experience, with an emphasis on general and professional liability defense litigation and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

• Represent clients in matters involving: Premises liability, Product liability, Professional liability, Construction accidents and defects, Transportation and trucking, Medical malpractice, Catastrophic injury defense, Subrogation
