BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney in Manchester, NH for a full-time civil litigation role focusing on Professional Liability, Tort and Liability Defense, and Workers' Compensation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of civil litigation experience and NH state and federal court exposure.

Responsibilities include managing cases, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for depositions and trials, and conducting legal research.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar.
• Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in New Hampshire state and federal courts.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.
