BCG Attorney Search in Fairfield, NJ seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team handling personal injury and general liability cases, including automotive and trucking negligence, medical malpractice, and toxic torts.

The candidate should have at least five years of insurance defense experience, excellent research and writing abilities, and bar admission in PA, NJ, or NY. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, taking depositions, and appearing in court as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions.

Education
