The Aguilera Law Group, a civil litigation firm, seeks an associate attorney for its Insurance Defense division in Tampa, Florida. You will handle defense of general liability and construction defect lawsuits, managing cases from start to finish while coordinating with clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and admission to both Florida and California bars.

Qualifications

• One to five years of experience in litigation.
• Must be currently admitted to the Florida and California State Bars.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Appear at depositions and in court.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with other attorneys and partners on matters.
