The practice includes professional liability, tort and liability defense, workers' compensation, and related civil litigation matters. The position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active admission to the New Hampshire Bar.
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in NH state and federal courts.
• Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
• Experience handling discovery and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings and trials.
• Conduct legal research and contribute to litigation strategy.
• Communicate directly with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Manage case deadlines and provide regular client status updates.

This opportunity is geared toward an attorney with early-career civil litigation experience who is ready to manage substantive matters while continuing to develop alongside experienced litigators.

The practice includes professional liability, tort and liability defense, workers' compensation, and related civil litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions.

Required Qualifications
