Your Day-to-Day

• Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions
• Lead and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and negotiate settlements
• Master tools like Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

Requirements

What You Bring

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.
• One or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation (preferred)
• A hunger for growth, a client-first mindset, and impeccable organizational skills.
• Membership of the Florida Bar in good standing
