Job summary

Earnix is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to support clients in analytics for insurance pricing and data extraction. You will build and review predictive models, apply machine learning, and help implement pricing strategies across lines of business.

You will convey complex results clearly, train users, and collaborate across teams in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. Strong ACAS-aligned credentials and a passion for analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in analytics within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in machine learning methods and programming languages (Python and R).
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex results clearly.
• Experience in engaging clients and providing data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models to assess risk and demand and guide pricing strategies across lines of business.
• Utilize machine learning techniques and Python/R to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Communicate technical results clearly to diverse audiences and tailor presentations.
• Demonstrate software functionality and provide training to new users to ensure smooth onboarding.
