Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of professional experience in insurance data management.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with querying and analyzing data using SQL or equivalent languages.
• Experience with data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives.
• Familiarity with core insurance systems such as MG-ALFA.
• Experience with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements (e.g., STAT, GAAP, IFRS).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end insurance data management processes, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and compliance.
• Partner with teams to understand data needs and use cases across the insurance value chain.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to implement scalable data solutions.
• Define and implement data standards and governance policies for insurance data domains.
• Contribute to the development of a technology and data roadmap supporting future business capabilities.
• Partner with analytics teams to enable business insights.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in insurance data management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project progress and risks.
• Interpret complex insurance data to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a domain expert on product features and financial reporting.
