Our DXC Insurance Services team supports clients in optimizing and transforming their operations, reducing costs, and creating agile new growth channels. We enhance and automate complex middle- and back-office processes while facilitating superior customer experience transformations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or investments. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, processing account updates, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active, verifiable FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (or U5 status within the 2-year FINRA window, in good standing).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Customer service experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or banking.
  • Experience working with organizational functions, personnel, and customer support tools.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software, fax machines, and telephone systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow written/oral instructions.
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support, addressing complex inquiries and escalating as needed.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Perform account updates, maintenance, and documentation for accurate records.
  • Process and distribute mail for multiple clients per service agreements.
  • Perform data entry and reconcile documents to maintain up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve issues.
  • Support escalation processes, service recovery, and feedback remediation.
  • Review and suggest improvements to procedures and workflows.
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff.
  • Provide Quality Assurance (QA) support, including reviews for FINRA-registered associates handling variable investment transactions.

Work Environment

  • Remote (USA)
  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST (8-hour shifts)

Compensation is influenced by experience, skills, and organizational factors. Estimated range: $35,000 - $65,000.
