Job summary

State Farm independent contractor agent is seeking a customer-focused team member to help build relationships, educate clients on insurance options, and support online presence. Licensing in property/casualty and life/health is required or obtainable.

Position offers hourly pay plus commissions/bonuses, Simple IRA, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the agency. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service (inquiries on insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, billing).
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process.
• Assist the agent in managing the website and social media content.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success every day.
