Nasima Moody State Farm Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, answer inquiries, and help customers with their insurance needs. You will coordinate with team members and manage requests to ensure client satisfaction.

This role emphasizes relationship building, accuracy, and responsiveness, with opportunities for advancement. The schedule aligns with a Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm workday and a focus on teamwork and community service.

Qualificações

• Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Make outbound calls to customers requesting quotes, identify needs and suggest appropriate coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
